We developed our Red Mojo Sauce after many visits to the Canary islands. We wanted to develop a sauce that captured the rich garlic and Chilli flavours of the Mediterranean but also had something extra to give it that special wow factor. We hope you'll agree that this is a truely delicious sauce that is so versatile it can be used to cook with, grill, dress and or dip. For dipping you can mix with  mayonnaise or creme fraiche, but it's also delicious just by itself.
